Winning the Olympiad will allow students from foreign countries to enroll in the graduate school at ITMO University without entrance tests and study absolutely free of charge.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad, who have or are completing a higher education level not lower than a master's degree or a specialist for a postgraduate course (equivalent to a PhD) in the year of the Olympiad.
